I found this great little plugin and a new theme today and thought I would share it with everyone:

OneClick Wordpress Plugin

OneClick is a plugin developed by Anirudh Sanjeev. Plugin allows wordpress admins to upload wordpress plugins or themes directly from the Admin panel.You won’t have to fire your FTP software ever again to install a plugin. All you have to do is find the zip file on your computer that contains a plugin or a theme and OneClick will automatically unzip and upload that plugin or theme on your WordPress blog in… just one click.

The plugin also provides option to delete any installed wordpress plugin or theme from within the admin panel.
