How fast can your create a theme, If you say less than 10 min, you’ll beat Bob from Blog Oh Blog. He just completed his latest theme that he calls Dot Dot Dot. He build it by using parts from all his other themes.

Yeah! you must to have a basic layout for 2 column, 3 column or else.. for any new theme just tweak on CSS. and everthing will be done.
